This unique attraction is located in downtown Ticonderoga, New York, and was (re)created by Trek enthusiast James Cawley - opening to the public in 2016. His decade & a half mission - to recreate the sets as they appeared in Desilu Studios between 1966 & 1969 during filming of TOS
The sets were built using the original blueprints & tons of photos....resulting in arguably the most accurate recreation in existence. The attention to detail brings goosebumps to a trek fan walking through the sets.....just like being on the 'real' NCC-1701.
This is still a work in progress - with additions currently being made to engineering and an expanding gift shop coming this year. This is truly worth making the, er, trek, to see!
