Here is the Oswego, N.Y. town clock located on top of City Hall in downtown Oswego.

This town clock is located on the top of City Hall in downtown Oswego, N.Y..It still keeps good time and chimes every hour. I know this because it chimed 11:00 AM while I was there visiting the location. City hall was named a national historic place and was built back in 1870 from Onondaga limestone. It had a million dollar facelift and some needed upgrades done back in 1980. All floors of the building are still in use and is the primary location of all the cities public departments.
