This zinc obelisk features the floral detailing that is typical of these monuments. Wreaths of roses circle the headstone about halfway down, with a funeral shroud doing the same, above. Mrs. Davis's panel has the following inscription:

Sadie E.
Davis,

Born Nov. 16, 1862
Died Mar. 4, 1886

Aged
23 Yrs, 3 Mos, 16 Dys

I fear not death;
I have kept the faith.

She also has a zinc footstone with her initials, "S.E.D." Below Thalbert's panel (which is missing one of its screws) is the family name, "Davis", and there is this inscription:

Thalbert
C.
Davis

Born Feb. 27, 1886
Died May 21, 1886

Aged 2 Mos, 24 Dys.

One panel is completely missing, while the other features a psychopomp.
