Instead of being right next to the river it sets upon a hill many feet above the river.
A quiet off main highway, with fantastic views.

Description of Memorial:
I found it traveling through a community, in which a friend of mine passed away. Stopped by to pay respects. Took a few minutes, to think about the valley below and the mountains to the east that "Dusty" loved so much. And for those people that have lost lives for our freedom
