The overhead is about 2 kilometres south of Fairmont Hot Springs and the same distance north of the Dutch Creek Bridge. All reinforced or prestressed concrete, Fairmont Overhead stands on two pairs of square concrete piers. In total, the overhead is about 200 feet in length.
This one, too, has a benchmark. It's at the northeast corner of the overhead, in the top of the abutment, just an inch or so below highway level.
