I have seen similar three-storey condo complexes in the Ottawa-Gatineau area. This example intrigued me because of the oversized penthouse suite. Does the third level serve a special purpose or is it just creative design?

The dead vines on the pole suggest that the 28-cavity bird house has been here for a while. I suspect that the complex began as homes for the purple martin. However, over time, such complexes often become sparrow dwellings. A visit in summer will reveal who lives there.
