Although the church sign does not state it, the Beliefs tab of the site mentions that the church is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention. The church has a remarkable number of programs for all ages. One of them is AWANA, which is short for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed (2 Timothy 2:15), which this waymarker not only attended when I was young, but I also became a leader, director, and even a commander.
