This sign of history commemorate the long history of the bell tower in Pardubice. There is the war memorial in the present.
Full text of the sign:
"The town bell tower was built after the year 1507 as a part of the city fortification. The fortification was break down in the beginnig of the 20th century. The bell tower was rebuilt in the year 1931."
