The clock tower sits atop a slate roof of the two-storey building.
The lower floor is of sandstone blocks, with beautiful arches. The upper floor is red brick, with sandstone blocks around the windows.
The clock part of the tower (which houses a bell above the clocks) is square, four-sided, painted white, with a low angle metal 'roof' that juts a small amount over the clock faces.
There are two black concentric rings that contain the minute 'ticks', with black Roman numerals that the black clock hands point to.
The minute hands are almost rectangular (albeit long), while the hour hands are bulbous, with a pointy end.
