This block of six Beach Huts was formerly owned and managed by Laxey Village Commissioners but since May 2016 responsibility has passed to Garff Parish District Commissioners.
The Beach Huts are at the foot of the cliff and are behind a public toilet block which was built with money provided by a local benefactor.
The block is there storeys high but only the first and second storey are utilised as beach huts with three identical beach huts on each floor. Each floor has a balcony area in front of the huts.
As the Beach Huts are owned and managed by Laxey Village Commissioners there is no individuality to the decoration and all six huts have a bottle-green door and a white louvered-window.
Access to the Huts is by means of an external staircase.
