The sculpture consists of two levels of eight round brass cups, each mounted on their side to a curvy arm. The upper level projects downward, while the lower level projects upward. The curvy arms are attached to a central brass pole that has begun to turn green with age and exposure to the elements. When the wind catches the cups, it causes them to spin around.
