This is a 'stand-alone' building, at the entry to the Kellyville Village Mall. There is 'one hour free parking' available right out front. Easily wheel chair accessible.

There are plenty of shopping carts, but no plastic shopping baskets. (This was suggested to the cashier - who thought that the store opened in 2014).
There is an alcohol sales section (We are told that they have "some of the best") with sales at one particular checkout. Sunday morning has slightly shorter shopping hours for alcohol than for regular shopping.
BTW, there is a nicely made geocache just down the creek-side walkway - GC6E932, "Smalls Creek Rocks", which you should be able to find within one hour of parking here, possibly much quicker (see the photo below).
