EN: The Kohlenberg Fountain is located just south of the high school in Kohlenberggasse. The large basin, made of stone slabs held together with metal clasps, dates back to 1813. It was originally situated in a different place. In 1857, it was taken to the present location and provided with a new fountain column.
DE: Der Kohlenbergbrunnen steht etwas südlich des Gymnasiums in der Kohlenberggasse. Der grosse Trog aus Steinplatten, die mit Metallklammern zusammengehalten sind, stammt aus dem Jahr 1813. Er stand ursprünglich an einer anderen Stelle. 1857 wurde er an den heutigen Standort gebracht und mit einer neuen Brunnensäule versehen.
