Located on Highway T, just south of the railroad tracks. Originally known as Millville in 1856, the town changed its name to Foristell, after a local businessman, in 1877. As the town grew and changed, they elected to become a fourth class city in 1988. Foristell lies part in St Charles County and part in Warren County and has approximately 500 residents. The city has a full-time police force. One rumor states that the small white building that is now City Hall was once a dance hall.
