Nachdem der Weg am Parkplatz an der Grawaalm den Bach überquert hat, führt er in Kehren bis über die Waldgrenze und schließlich taleinwärts zum Sulzegg. Dort geht es dann in den mächtigen Talkessel der Sulzenau hinein. Weiter geht es fast eben am Talboden an der Sulzenau-Alm (1847m) vorbei. Danach quert der Weg die Hänge auf der rechten Seite in Kehren bis zur Sulzenau-Hütte (2196m).
Lohnenswert ist es auch, noch ca. 15 min. zum Grünausee weiterzugehen. Von hier aus bietet sich ein herrlicher Gletscherblick."
