In den Gebäuden der Schwalbacher Straße 7 war bis 2008 die Feuerwehr für Bad Homburg Stadtmitte untergebracht. Dann erfolgte der Umzug in die neue Feuerwache an der Dietigheimer Straße 12.

Nun ist hier (derzeit) das Deutsche Rotes Kreuz (DRK), Ortsverband Bad Homburg untergebracht. (visit link)

The headquarter of the firefighters in the city of Bad Homburg was here in the Schwalbacher Street Number 7. They moved in 2008 to Dietigheimer Street 12.

Today (in 2016) the ("Charity" organization) Red Cross, chapter city of Bad Homburg, uses the buildings. And they set up several containers for the collection of old clothing. They are either given to poor people (in case the cloths are still good to be worn again), sent to disaster areas or sold and the money is used for financing their aid.
