The Fort Konstantin has been build in the year 1822-1827. It is placed on the south bank of the Mosel on the heights above Koblenz. It was one four Fortresses in Koblenz. It was in use until 1903.
Since 1994 it is open to the public during summer season on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
