This Jewish cultural centre features pictures from 1900 to the 1960s related to the Holocaust, Israel and Canada. The site displays memorabilia from the Holocaust period of 1939 to 1945. Audio-visual presentations, guided museum tours, lectures and dialogue sessions with a Holocaust survivor speaker are ongoing. Special community awareness educational activities take place during Holocaust Education Week in November. Maintain a database of Holocaust survivors in Canada
Through education and remembrance the Centre safeguards the lessons of the Holocaust in order to nurture an inclusive society.
Open to the Public: Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., Sunday and evenings by appointment. Closed Saturdays and Jewish holidays.
