This chimera is located on the Buckingham Palace Gate at the intersection of Buckingham Gate Road (A3214) and Birdcage Walk in Westminster.

The waymarked chimera is in the center of the gate, which was built of Portland stone during the rain of Queen Victoria's son, King Edward VII.
