One look at the Fountain of Tear Tribute at the Highground and you cannot help but have your emotions turned in motion. The entire structure tells the story of the sacrifice of a fallen Soldier. The Soldier at the top of the fountain holds the dog tags of his fallen comrade in one hand and the helmet and rifle impaled under the other. From there his tears travel down five tiers into a stream that flows to the widow and child holding the folded flag of the fallen. The fountain is an incredible description of the emotions contained when a Service Member is killed in action and all that are involved. This tribute is the centerpiece of the Highground Meditation Garden.
