Diese Höhenmarke ist am Gebäude des Bahnhofs Weißenthurm angebracht. Höhenmarken dieser Art waren früher vielfach an den Bahnhöfen der Rheinlinie angebracht. Die Angabe ist auf drei Nachkommanstellen genau.Heute ist die Metalltafel leider in der Farbe des Gebäudes gestrichen, aber sie ist immer noch gut erkennbar.
This Benchmark is attached to the railwaystation of Weissenthurm. Elevation signes of this kind used to be often placed at railway stations of the railway track along the River Rhine. The given elevation is accurate to three positions after the decimal point. Today, the metal panel is unfortunately painted in the color of the building, but it is still well recognizable.
