"Auld & White completed a 72,055 sq ft, 2-story interior renovation of the Founders Hall building (Building 2), located in the center of the UNF campus. The building houses classrooms, offices and administrative areas. Interior space was gutted and reconfigured, and new floors and ceilings were installed throughout. The renovation included installation of a new high efficiency HVAC system as well as a new electrical system. This project, designed by Rolland, DelValle & Bradley, is LEED Silver certified under the v3 LEED for Commercial Interiors Rating System.

Auld & White managed the hoisting of the new HVAC equipment to the roof via a helicopter. This unconventional approach saved UNF approximately $20,000 in project costs. 16 pieces of HVAC equipment were lifted in merely 35 minutes, with minimal campus disruption."
