Not much is known as to which bank built and occupied this bank. Historical records for banking in Blair, WI goes back to 1899 with the first building dating back to 1901. This bank building dates back to one year after the town incorporation in 1894. The entire town rebuilt from a massive fire which destroyed everything in 1881. This building has been mentioned as a historical use of banking and financial institution. The work bank is clearly etched on the buildings face. Today the bank is home to Charity Baptist Church.
