The statue is located just inside the main entrance of the Coggin College of Business. The life-size bronze statue depicts a young boy straddling a bicycle. His left foot is on the ground, while his right foot rests on the bicycle's right pedal. He holds a rolled newspaper in his right hand. There is a large bag holding additional newspapers attached to the bicycle's handles. The boy is wearing a ball cap. His shirt sleeves are rolled up to his elbows. He is wearing long pants rolled up a little at the cuff, and he is wearing laced shoes. He has a large smile on his face, and appears to be happy to be delivering papers. A plaque at the base of the statue tells nothing about the statue itself, but provides a quotation that reads: "Nothing ever comes to one, that is worth having, except as a result of hard work." - Booker T. Washington

The words "Loveland, CO" are engraved on the rim of the rear wheel, but we were unable to find any other information on or around the statue.

Although we were unable to find any information about this statue on the internet or at its location, it appears to be a replica of a statue in Tulsa, Oklahoma (visit link) (minus the name of the "Tulsa Daily World" on the bag holding the papers).
