Located on the North side of Hwy 21 Southwest of Flora Dell Lake, this witness post lies right next to a fence and a well defined yellow Right of Way post. There is also a fence post, white sign and electric box nearby. The best way to get to this witness post is to park on the side of the road of Fireworks Avenue and walk East along the grass next to the North side of Hwy 21 until you get to it. Highway 21 is fairly busy at times so use caution when visiting this site.
