This monument consists of two triangular pieces of granite, with rusticated tops, simulating destruction debris.

On the left piece is the title and a quotation from Psalm 23:4 which reads: Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building Bombing / April 19, 1995 / Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil for you are with me. Psalm 23:4

On the right piece are the words: In dedication to the memory of those killed in the Murrah Federal Building Bombing and in honor of the Ada citizens who helped bring relief to those who were suffering.

The building at this location was recently occupied by the Ada Chamber of Commerce, but is vacant and boarded up at this time.
