This street mosaic art installation by famed artist Invader is located on the corner of the British Film Institute building along the Southbank walking path next to the Waterloo Bridge. This pedestrian walkway connects the South Bank with Upper Ground/Belvedere Road.
It is in the shape of a flower with Union Flag petals in a flower pot. the center of the flower is a digital surveillance camera, located in the center of 4 other surveillance cameras. It is a wry and ironic commentary on the British surveillance state.
