"All Saints Parish is a part of the Polish National Catholic Church and the Holy Catholic Church.
The Polish National Catholic Church was organized in Scranton, Pennsylvania in 1897. All Saints Parish was organized in Binghamton, New York in 1925 and built its present complex in Johnson City, New York in 1930...A Catholic Church rooted in Scripture, based on tradition, and accepting as dogmatic the first four Councils of the undivided church. The National Catholic Church does not recognize the dogma of the infallibility of the Pope and our priests have the option of marrying but we are a valid branch of the Holy Catholic Church."
