A benchmark in the original foundation of the twin towers. It's currently located inside the National September 11 Memorial Museum, near the historical exhibit and the Survivor Staircase.

When the towers were built, this mark was visible and publicly accessible. Now, it's in the museum undercover. There's not plaque stating anything about it. I just happen to have found it during my visit.
