Seems to me this is either a Duplex or a Federal Truck from early teens

location of display: MO-19, S. city limits, W. side of Hwy, Wellsville

Display has a "flag" sign with white stars on a blue field and the words GOD BLESS AMERICA in red on a white field. The truck is pulled up on an incline made of large boulders, probably dug out of this farmers fields over the years.

Vehicle is on private property, but visible and easy viewing from side of road. I knocked on the home and no one was home at time of my visit, so not sure if owner will allow interaction and/or access to very close up viewing.
