Greenwich Town Hall, that is located in Woolwich, has some decorative high relief carvings. The most impressive are on the south west side of the building in Market Street.

There are three arched openings adjacent to each other on the south west face of the town hall. The spandrels, of the arched openings, are richly carved with military trophies such as crossed swords, spears, firearms and banners with each surmounted by a mask. The work is carved in Portland stone.
