The doorway of the Garret Theater which used to house the college chapel until 1961 is located off the east wing of Devereux Hall.

Built in 1926, Devereux Hall was designed in the ¨Italian Transitional¨ style typical of Franciscan monastories in the 16th century.

The bas-relief plaques around the former chapel doors are still in place and add even more beauty to the entrance.

The words GARRET THEATRE are written on the upper part of the doors.

Large black metal hinges were also added giving the doors a more austere look.
