This find surprised me. If you park in the southwestern-most space of the Castile Public Library, you can see this spring house entrance built into the hillside behind the private property next door.

Closer inspection reveals that an additional structure stood in front of the spring house at one time, but all that remains is part of a concrete block wall and a concrete floor, now bringing utilized as a patio. Perhaps a garage was built in front. Or perhaps an outbuilding had cold running water!
