"Samuel Anderson served in the Revolutionary War from Blandford MA and shown as "three Months Men", August to Ocotber 1780; at the Northward return of men raised by order of Brigadier General Danielson for service in the Continental Army, dated Hampshire County, Oct 26, 1780, for the town of Blandford, for the term of three months. Mustered by Lieutenant Colonel Timothy Robinson."
