Fort Natomas playground was burned by vandals in June 2006. The Sacramento Senators LIONS club was one of many civic groups and individuals who donated cash, materials, or labor to replace the park.

There are several mosaic walls. Part of the playground is restricted to toddlers. The surface is a sponge like carpet. no more wood chips.
It's a pretty large structure.
