On September 19, 2010, a 41-year-old woman, killed her five-year-old son and the boy's father, her ex-partner. Then she set the apartment on fire. She crossed the street to the neighboring hospital St. Elisabethen where she continued shooting at people. A male nurse was instantly killed, 18 people were wounded. The police arrived fifteen minutes later, then the attacker was shot in a fire exchange.

Sie überquerte die Straße zum benachbarten Krankenhaus St. Elisabethen, wo sie das weiter auf Menschen schoss. Ein Krankenpfleger wurde sofort getötet, 18 Menschen verwundet.
