This art sculpture is made out of painted metal that looks like a real fire hose. When viewed from the correct angle, something crazy happens. It's part of a virtual cache, which is how I found out about this in the first place. It was dedicated on February 24, 1997 by John Banks. It was a project by the Las Vegas Arts Commission.
