In an interesting juxtaposition a pair of 3 dimensional cow heads protrude from an otherwise flat painted body of the cows. Since this is a dairy bar I assume they are meant to be dairy cows, perhaps a Brown Swiss and a Jersey cow, even though both cows have retained their horns.
