Wall O' Washingtons mural was commissioned by the Worcester Art Museum, A. Ronald Chase, John Donnelly & Sons Summers World P.C.A. and Worcester County Institutions for Savings and created by Sante Grazian to celebrate the bicentennial of the United State of America. Five of the famous images of Washington by Gilbert Stuart are located at the 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 o'clock positions around a large red star. Within the red star is a white star and then a blue star. The entire central image is surrounded by a light yellow circle which is superimposed over a stylized American Flag. The Washington image at the 6 o'clock position is signed by the artist.
The mural fills the entire east side of the three story building at 12 Foster Street. It can be conveniently viewed from the adjacent parking lot. On the lower left of the mural is inscribed:
