Driving east bound on Houston St. from N. Flores.
The entire OST corridor from Fredericksburg at Culebra, across Houston and New Braunfels and out Seguin St. is in the City of San Antonio's Downtown Empowerment Zone which has brought outside investment to restore these beautiful old buildings.
