When I was in Stanthorpe at Easter time 2015 for the Qld OzMega Event this ALDI outlet hadn't been opened yet.

The standalone, flat-roofed building sits a little higher than some of the open-air and untimed car park - with five step up from most of it; while the parking on the northeastern side has ready wheelchair access to the entry. The entries to the car park from Lock, and Matthew Streets are well signposted. Plenty of trolleys.
