When you walk through Fashion Island, an upscale shopping center with many storefronts outside, it's hard to miss this gigantic attached pergola that resides next to a Koi pond which is very popular with the kids. The pergola stretches a good 200 feet in length and provides shade for shoppers. There are also vine-like plants that are growing up each of the concrete columns and provides an almost Mediterranean feel.
