The building is a part of the so-called 'Weißenhofsiedlung' where several buildings planed by Master Architects of International Style exist.

The building can be visited. It houses a museum for those famous buildings called 'Weißenhofmuseum'. One part of the double house is in origin design of 1927!

This building was a part of the so-called 'Werkbundsiedlung' of 1927. It is listed as #14 and #15. The Werkbundsiedlung was created as an exibition of modern international design and architecture. There had been 33 buildings planed by 17 architects from 5 nations.
