Auf dem Marktplatz von Biedenkopf findet man das Kreis-Kriegerdenkmal aus heimischen Diabas-Gestein, das mit einer bronzenen Figurengruppe verziert ist. Das Denkmal wurde 1905 zum Gedenken an die Gefallenen der Kriege von 1866 (Österreich gegen Preußen) und 1870-71 (Deutschland gegen Frankreich) errichtet.
