The owners, Chip and Joanna Gaines, are the stars of the hit HGTV's program Fixer Upper. They held their ribbon cutting on October 29th, 2015, to open their store at the Silos.

In mid-to-late 2014, Chip and Joanna decided to take on the Magnolia Silos property. The Silos property was an old grain mill located in the downtown area, and though it was a mess, Chip and Joanna were able to look past the dust and envision what it could be.
Today, after almost one full year of renovations, the Magnolia Silos property has been restored.

Monday – Thursday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday – Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
