It is an annual floral parade on the only water in the North of France that attracts thousands of spectators along the Aa and the banks of the suburb of Upper Deck. This is a very popular event and free.
As every year on the last Sunday of July, you will discover a dozen floats mounted edges bacoves. After a first parade of floats in the afternoon in a festival of colors, you will see them reappear at nightfall, in a twinkling of light!
