Long Description:
The Bell Clapper entitled 'A Spoken Word A Heard Sound' was created in 2013 by Ian Tricker of Loughborough University School of Arts, and is situated at the New Road entrance to Queens Park park.
The 'bell' is engraved with bell-themed poems penned by various authors, although difficult to read now.
