Long Description:
This fountain features two beavers in the center of a very large pedestal basin where jets of water spray surrounding the beavers. At the base of the fountain are shields and date of Confederation for each of the provinces within Canada. The beaver is an official symbol of the sovereignty of Canada and is featured on the Canadian nickel.

Also featured near the fountain is Canada's coat of arms in commemoration of Canada Centennial: 1867 to 1967.

Water is recycled and the fountain continues its display during late spring to early fall. Concerned citizens voiced objections of the water used for the fountain during the drought and water restrictions.
