Large stone building built in 1928. There are 3 distinct sections of the building, the entrance, a tower and a rear ell. Then entrance way is gothic looking with ornate stone trim. Over the entrance is a large stain glass window. The tower is to the left of the entrance a rises to 4 spires. There are window openings on each of the levels.
