In the center of a round basin, surrounded by three statues representing the Men fallen in the sea, in the earth and in the sky during all the wars, a rider stays on his horse, without saddle and stirrups and with a simple rope as bridles, as with the aim of underlining the natural symbiosis between the man and the horse. He poses his hand on the side of the animal, with an olive branch. The horse stretches the head out to the water, with a calm movement that doesn't hide the vitality.
